Spediamo nei paesi che fanno parte dell’Unione Europea. Le spedizioni sono tracciate e gestite dal corriere GLS. Il tempo di consegna stimato varia tra le 48 e le 96 ore lavorative. Tramite il servizio FLEX DELIVERY è possibile seguire passo passo il percorso del pacco e gestire la consegna secondo le proprie esigenze apportando modifiche all’indirizzo, alle tempistiche di consegna e fare molto altro ancora. Su richiesta, per Germania, Austria, Olanda, Belgio e Lussemburgo gli ordini possono essere inviati con DPD Group. Il tempo di consegna stimato è di 48-72 ore. Il cliente riceverà una notifica via mail o sms non appena l’ordine sarà spedito. Il servizio PREDICT consente di seguire il percorso del pacco ed intervenire per modificare gli estremi della consegna secondo le proprie esigenze. RETOURS DES PRODUITS
Les retours des produits sont acceptés dans les conditions suivantes :
- Le produit nous est retourné dans les 15 jours suivant la commande.
- Le produit doit nous être retournée en parfait état, dans son emballage d’origine, non utilisé et non endommagé.
- Si un défaut apparaît l’usage, faites le nous savoir au plus vite. Nous analyserons le defaut pour le remplacer le produit ou rembourser l’achat et le frais de port.
Les retours ne sont pas acceptés dans les conditions suivantes :
- Le produit a été ouvert et/ou essayé. Cela concerne particulièrement les produits cosmétiques (crèmes, savons, parfums etc), les blaireaux et les rasoirs. Cette politique est suivie pour des raisons d’hygiène évidente.
- La demande de retour intervient plus de 15 jours après la livraison sauf dans le cas où le défaut apparaît à l’usage..
Comment procéder à un retour contre échange et/ou remboursement ?
- Envoyer nous un email à info@vianoprofumicoltelli.net en nous précisant le motif du retour (et éventuellement des photos si la cause du retour est un défaut, une casse…).
- Emballer avec soin les produits. Expédier le colis à l’adresse suivante : VIANO PROFUMERIA, piazza Galimberti 2,12100 Cuneo, ITALIE
- Si le motif du retour est la casse, le défaut d’un produit ou une erreur de produit, le retour est pris en charge par nous. Nous allons vous envoyer un nouveau produit ou rembourser l’achat et le frais de port soutenu.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products at your expenses within 15 days. We will refund your purchase after having checked the goods. The products and their packs must be in perfect conditions. Please take care of the packing before returning them to us. We won’t refund damaged products, opened or used svaving soaps or after shave for hygienic reasons. We will collect at our own expenses defecting products or goods damaged during the transport. In this case a good idea is to send us a photo at the following address : info@vianoprofumicoltelli.net. We will repleace the defecting products or refund the purchase and the shipping costs.
